Maybe I should’ve written about something else ?/!?%!

Standard

Very often the thing you want the most is the one thing you can’t have. And very soon desire is replaced with regret. While some of us escape the pangs of regret by making the right choices, some by looking forward to the future, some fight to come to terms with the past and some just bury their regret by promising to change. There is no right way to overcome this feeling but the right feeling after you overcome it.

Many times our biggest regret in life is not for things we did, but for things we didn’t do. I should have, could have, why didn’t I?, Damn…when will these thoughts vanish?? When will I be able to make the choices I want?? But the truth is the people who suffer the most, are those who don’t know what they want. Although realization of the regret is the first step towards conquer, the first step to ruling your thoughts…your mind…your desires.

Sometimes you have to go back to the beginning to understand the ending and sometimes you have to understand the beginning to move towards the end. Everyone wishes to amend the past, mould the present and change the future. But for that we first need to accept the past, surge through the present and know what we exactly want in the future. Maybe that is why right choices are only those that give the right feeling at the right time.
